Service Flow
  • 01Training Needs Analysis

From discussions between the Transn client manager, training instructors, and clients, we are able to gain an understanding of the student's situation, including job position, languages, current language level, existing language obstacles, desired translation level, translation work flow, and other factors.

  • 03Training Instructor Confirmation, Training Plan Formulation

Based on the training requirements and the pre-training course survey assessment results, a training instructor is assigned. The instructor then modifies and adjusts the training plan, refining the course content.

  • 05Process Tracking and Monitoring of Training Outcome

During the training process, Transn's client manager will conduct no fewer than three student opinion surveys aimed at understanding students' views as well as recommendations concerning the course and the training instructor. The client manager relays student suggestions to the training instructor, who then makes adjustments to the course or teaching style, thereby guaranteeing the outcome of the student's learning.

  • 02Pre-training Survey Assessment

Prior to the start of the training course, Transn will administer an ability assessment to students. This allows Transn to measure their current skill level. At the same time, a questionnaire is administered, which allows Transn to gain an understanding of student expectations and demands.

  • 04Training

Transn dispatches a client manager and instructor to the client's work site. The client manager arrives on site, arranges the training space, and adjusts equipment. The instructor administers lectures, exercises, and examinations.

  • 06Final Training Assessment and Suggestions

At the end of the training course, the training instructor conducts a final training assessment of all students as well as the teacher and the course itself. A comprehensive evaluation is made of the outcome of the training course, and suggestions are made for future improvements to the training course.

Translator Certification Service

Product Description

T ransn uses rational, scientific methods to evaluate translator ability levels. We conduct comprehensive ability level assessments and certification for translators, and we also issue Transn Professional Translator Certificates that are widely recognized within the translation industry. According to the translator's language specialization and industry classification, and based on numerous factors including general ability (potential), language expression, and ability to translate technical documents, translators are ranked based on a comprehensive assessment. After undergoing an anonymous evaluation utilizing the certification system, a certification level is determined for the translator based on the results.

Types of certification are divided into Written Translator Certification and Interpreter Certification. The service standards are detailed below:

T ransn's translator certification evaluations have a fixed cycle. At the end of each cycle, translators must undergo retraining and certification evaluation at a higher level.

E ach section of the certification process holds a certain percentage weight of the final evaluation score, and each component has its own assessment standards. Whether to upgrade, downgrade, or keep a translator at the same level is decided based on the final evaluation score. Staff members from both Transn's TRC and TRRG divisions are part of the evaluation committee. After each area of evaluation has been scored and commented on by the committee, a comprehensive translator evaluation score can be computed based on formulas and weighted averages:

Understanding Student Status

The client first provides a resume for every employee participating in the evaluation, the content of which must include the employee's educational background, languages, degree qualifications, current department, job duties, and other related information.

Providing Professional Materials

The client provides documents and materials outlining any specialist vocabulary related to the job, upon which Transn will use material in its common evaluation question bank to make adjustments to key points in the examination in accordance with the individual situation of each student. This will guarantee real-life applicability and rationality of the evaluation results.

Certification evaluation

Transn dispatches TRC and TRRG members to conduct assessments at the client site and confirm the ability levels of students. At the same time, they create a file for each student to aid in ongoing follow up tracking and coaching.

Ongoing Certification Coaching

Based on the results of the certification evaluations, Transn formulates an ongoing improvement plan for each employee participating in the evaluation, periodically providing follow up tracking and coaching.
