1978,lovers in the park . Just since this historic year, young people in China began walk in the park or street hand in hand without fear of being rebuked by the public. Before 1978, having a date in public was was regarded as disgraceful and degenerate in China.

1979年1月28日，上海电视台宣布“即日起受理广告业务”，并播出了“参桂补酒”广告，这是我国大陆第一条电视广告。中央电视台的第一条广告是：幸福可乐，在三月播出。
On 28th Jan, 1979, Shanghai Television Station announced "ad provision service", and an ad for "ginseng tonic wine" was shown on the TV, which was the first television ad in mainland China. "Lucky Cola" was the first ad to appear on CCTV.
